City of Highland Park Natural Resources Commission will meet March 14.

(a) SITE VISIT for Steep Slope Variation Request– 21 Lakewood Place
The applicant proposes the following:
1) Remove an existing patio located to the side of the home, on the north side, and located within the Steep Slope Zone, and remove the tree at this location and replace this area with a raised deck, that will include stairs from the deck to the ground and a spiral staircase from the deck to a proposed second story deck;
2) Construct a second story deck.
