Special Use to permit a gazebo addition to be set back 26 feet from the rear lot line instead of the required 40 feet pursuant to Section 10.06 (c) (13) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
2. 235 W. Northwest Highway
Special Use to permit a restaurant pursuant to Section 11.03 (d) (28) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
Variation of 8 parking spaces to allow a shopping center to have 55 parking spaces instead of the minimum required 63 parking spaces pursuant to Section 7.03 (b) (1) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
3. 853 N. Quentin Road
Special Use to allow an animal hospital (veterinarian) pursuant to Section 11.03 (d)(1) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
4. 590 W. Colfax Street
Variation to permit a 12 foot tall fence instead of the maximum permitted 8 foot tall fence pursuant to Section 6.03 (d) (1) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
Variation to permit a fence to have barbed wire pursuant to Section 6.03 (a) (2) (a) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
