Winnetka Design Review Board will meet August 17.
Here is the agenda provided by the Board:
1. Adoption of previous meeting minutes.
2. 800 Elm Street – Lakeside Foods: Consideration of Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed exterior alterations - paint color; (Continued from previous meeting)
3. 574 Green Bay Road – Fred’s Garage: Consideration of Sign Code variation for exterior wall signs painted directly on face of building and Certificate of Appropriateness;
4. 562-572 Lincoln: Consideration of Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed new awnings for Winnetka Galleria building;
5. Adjournment
