Village of Glencoe Board of Trustees Inaugural met May 18.

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

1. Installation of Village President Lawrence Levin

Village Manager Phil Kiraly administered the oath of office to President Levin.

2. Installation of Village Trustees Barbara Miller, Gail Lisser and Dale Thomas

President Levin administered the oath of office to Trustees Lissner, Miller and Thomas.

3. Seating of The New Village Board

4. Call to Order and Roll Call

The Inaugural Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Glencoe was called to order by the

President of the Village of Glencoe, Cook County, Illinois, at 8:12 p.m. on the 18th day of May, 2017, in

the Village Hall Council Chamber. The following were in attendance:

Trustee Thomas moved, seconded by Trustee Miller to accept the appointments. Said motion was

passed with the following vote:

6. Regular Business

a. Resolution Honoring Former Village Trustee Scott Pearce

President Levin read the resolution honoring former Village Trustee Scott Pearce.

Trustee Cornell added that he appreciated Trustee Pearce’s perspective in Board discussions and the

questions he asked.

Trustee Thomas moved, seconded by Trustee Miller to adopt the resolution. Said motion was

adopted with the following vote:

Result: Adopted [Unanimous]

Ayes: Cornell, Lissner, Miller, Mulvaney, Thomas, Vree

7. Adjourn

At 8:22 p.m. Trustee Thomas moved, seconded by Trustee Miller to adjourn the meeting. Said motion

passed with the following vote:

Result: Accepted [Unanimous]
