A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Hanover Park Progress was the only campaign committee in Hanover Park that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The fine that Hanover Park Progress has yet to pay was imposed on Feb. 27, 2015, for a late quarterly report.
