1. 818 Lake Street Concept Review
Kiril Mirintchev, architect, submits for review of interior and exterior remodeling of an existing building with a second story mezzanine addition cantilevered over the property line in the C2 Commercial District.
2. 1916 Harrison Street Preliminary Review
Daniel Schermerhorn, owner, submits to demolish two existing structures and install at-grade parking for 10 parking spaces, including one handicap accessible space in the B1a Business District and oCSC Central Street Overlay District.
