4) Public Hearing and Consideration of the Following Petition:

 Docket No. ZBA17-0002 (2154 Crabtree Lane- Addition) – Petition by Steven and Denise Farwell for a Zoning Code variation to reduce the combined side yard setbacks from 16.72’ to 12.08’ on a property in the R-5, Single Family Zoning District. The Property is commonly known as 2154 Crabtree Lane (PREI No 04-09-208-014-0000) and is the site of an existing 1½-story house. The variation has been requested to construct a one-story addition.
