A. 917 Edgemere Court (LSHD) – Elliot Flaws, applicant. Construction of a new 2- story, brick and stucco single-family residence with an attached 1-story, 3-car garage in front. Applicable standards: [Construction] 1- 13, and 16. [To be continued to May 16, 2017]
B. 1726 Hinman Av. - Landmark nomination. Jim Kollross, applicant. Sigma Chi Foundation, owner. Approval of Preservation Commission’s Report Recommending City Council Landmark Designation of 1726 Hinman Avenue.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. 565 Howard St. (L) – Shawn Rodeck, Install EPA required 2” PVC air discharge pipe to be installed vertically along the brick wall of the building. Applicable standards: [Alteration] 1 - 7, 9 and 10.
B. 618 1/5 Church St. (L) – Noah Bleicher, applicant. Adding logo to existing storefront windows and doors. Install a new awning across the storefront. Signage is advisory to the Design and Appearance Review Committee. Applicable standards: [Construction] 1, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 and 17.
C. 1133 Asbury Av. (RHD) – Steven Goldstein, applicant. Finish the existing walkup attic; Restore Palladian window on front elevation. Install egress casement windows, one on the north side and one on the east rear, and one awning windows on the south side Applicable standards: [Alteration] 1 - 6, 9 and 10.
D. 625 Garrett Place. (NEHD) – Doug Pasma, Construction of new front entrance canopy over the existing Porch. Construction of new awning at rear entrance. Removing existing flat work and replace granite pavers. Add cook area at existing rear patio. Replace existing French doors in living room (east elevation) with new French doors to match existing. Applicable standards: Alteration: 1 - 6, 9 and 10. [Construction] 1 - 8, 10 – 12, 14 and 16; [Demolition] 1-5.
