Citizens for Rudd owes $15,000 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens for Rudd owes a $5,000 fine imposed on April 23, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $10,000 with Richard S. Rudd listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 31 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $233,138 in pending fines.
