North Park University junior Jordan Robinson has been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division III All-America Team, the school announced recently.
A second-team selection, the Schaumburg native averaged 22.8 points and 9.3 rebounds per game this season as a 6-foot-3 forward. Robinson led the Vikings to a share of the school’s first College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) regular-season title in three decades.
Robinson’s NABC selection was also the first such honor for North Park since 1988, when Michael Starks was selected.
In addition, Robinson was named the university’s first CCIW Fred Young Most Outstanding Player in nearly 30 years and was a unanimous pick for the All-CCIW first team.
Robinson earned all-region honors from the NABC as well.
