The city of Elgin Strategic Plan Advisory Commission met Jan. 24 to review the citizen's survey information.
Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the commission:
"The Strategic Plan Advisory Commission consists of thirteen members appointed jointly by the mayor and city manager. Each member shall serve a five year term that concludes in 2017, coinciding with the end of the city's five-year strategic plan."
