In accordance with Title 1, Chapter 6, Section 1-6-3B, of the City Code, I hereby request a Special Meeting of the City Council to be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in Room 102 of Des Plaines City Hall, 1420 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois for the purpose set forth in the agenda below.
