A motion was made by Vice Chairman Steele, seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, that the Committee Minutes be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Proposed Settlements to Be Approved: $0.00

Legal Fees Approved Fiscal Year 2016 to Present: $583,312.80

A motion was made by Commissioner Silvestri, seconded by Vice Chairman Steele, that this recommendation of the Finance Subcommittee (Litigation) be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
