The Elgin Image Advisory Commission met at 7 p.m. yesterday, June 27.
"Powers and duties include:
Analyzing and recommending upgrades to the appearance of the city
Developing recommendations on specific projects to encourage projects by service clubs and other organizations concerned with the beautification of the city
Preliminary review of honorary street name applications."
