Vince Kolber, who has called the Fifth Congressional District home his entire adult life, is seeking to represent his home district by running for Congress.
Kolber’s platform includes job creation, a government living within its means, removing waste, fraud and abuse, ending the government’s prying into and meddling in the private lives of the citizens, putting a stop to crony capitalism and corporate welfare while cutting tax breaks for the privileged few.
“I did whatever I could to support myself, be successful and make my parents proud,” Kolber said. “In Congress my goal is to create good-paying jobs, protect seniors and working families, and to ensure a better future and increase opportunity for every family and young adult in the Fifth Congressional District.”
Kolber was born to Polish immigrants and learned the value of hard work, honesty and integrity at an early age. He also learned the value of families that are brought to the U.S. by immigrants in search of the American Dream.
He attended Wharton Business School before earning his MBA from the University of Chicago. Kolber currently serves on the board of Little Sisters of the Poor and remains active in his local community.
