The City of Prospect Heights Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. today, Feb. 25.
The meeting will be held at Prospect Heights City Hall, 8 N. Elmhurst Road.
The board will hear Case No. ZBA-16-03 V regarding signage. Chase Bank has applied for a sign variation at 215 S. Elmhurst Road. Prior to the hearing, public hearing notices were posted by the city, and the applicant mailed the notice via certified mail to owners of all properties within 350 feet.
At the hearing, the board will examine the exhibits presented by the applicant or its representative, hear testimony and ask questions. After the board has reviewed the case, the public will be asked for questions and comments. The board may approve, deny or continue the case to a later date.
After dispensing with old business and hearing any items presented under communications, the meeting will be adjourned. The board's next meeting is scheduled for March 24.
