The next Architectural Control Commission meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow, Jan. 14, at the Northbrook Village Hall.
The revised design of the Consumers Credit Union wall sign at 1344 Shermer Road will be reviewed at the Village of Northbrook Architectural Control Commission (ACC) meeting, which begins at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow, Jan. 14.
The meeting will be held in the second floor Terrace Room at the Village Hall, located at 1225 Cedar Lane.
The commission will also review and discuss the proposed Noodles & Company wall sign at 794 Skokie. After reviewing the signage, the commission will move on to the new single-family home elevations.
In the R-2 District, Aspect Design Inc. has submitted the elevations for 1575 Christina Lane. Architect Matthias Jan has submitted the elevations for 804 Cedar Lane, located in the R-4 District. In the R-5 District, two elevations will be reviewed by the commission: 1035 Butternut Lane by Levi Izakson and 1408 Sycamore Lane by Ingenii LLC.
