Today, Governor JB Pritzker delivered the annual budget address to the 101st General Assembly. State Representative Tom Morrison (R-Palatine) released the following statement in reaction to the address:
On Feb. 20, 2019, Jolene M. and Roy E. Sroka sold their home at 17 Olympic Drive, S. Barrington to Sahand and Gabriella Tenuta Zomorrodian for $705,000.
On Feb. 20, 2019, Raymond and Barbara Kraemer purchased a home at 507 Argyll Lane, Schaumburg from Eleanore G. Funk (deceased) and Howard E. Jr Funk (estate administrator) for $315,000.
The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 4523 N. Newland Ave., Harwood Heights was sold on Feb. 20, 2019 by Nathaniel D. Mendoza and Aziel J Cartagena for $380,000. The buyers were Tomasz and Sylwia Gorski.
Hanusiak For Cook County, a candidate committee, reported receiving $3,650 from Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, according to its fourth quarter report to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
On Feb. 20, 2019, Dongyan Yang and Chenxi Wang sold their four bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home at 1244 Church St., Northbrook to Geoffrey Michael Miller (trust) and Geoffrey Michael Miller (trustee) for $1,285,000.
On Feb. 20, 2019, Adam J. Aquino purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 830 Carriage Lane 1741-5, Palatine from Edward Jeremy Schwartz for $148,500.
On Feb. 20, 2019, Elizabeth M. Moya and Elizabeth M. Alarik sold their home at 1760 Sessions Walk 1760B Sess, Hoffman Estates to Moises Perez and Nichole Perez-Navarrete for $130,000.
The home at 4095 N. New Britton Drive, Hoffman Estates was sold on Feb. 20, 2019 by Terrence R. Madej (deceased) and Catherine C. Endel (trustee) for $292,500. The buyers were Anna and Krystian Pintal.
Of the 394 students attending Greenbrier Elementary School in 2018, 60.7 percent scored proficient in English Language Arts and 57.7 percent were proficient in math, according to a report recently released by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
