The Skokie Village Board is set to hold its next meeting on Monday, November 3, at 7:30 p.m. in Village Hall. The agenda for the session will include several items of local interest.

One item scheduled for discussion is the recognition of businesses participating in the Skokie Green Business Program. There will also be a presentation by AgeOptions regarding an assessment of aging needs within the community.

Another point on the agenda involves a recommendation aimed at affirming Skokie's ongoing commitment to inclusion and enhancing restrictions related to the use of Village-owned property for civil immigration enforcement purposes.

Additionally, the Plan Commission has recommended site plan approval for a proposed five-story, mixed-use building located at 8201-8209 Skokie Boulevard. This development would feature 66 residential units, with six units designated as affordable housing for individuals earning no more than 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).

A full list of agenda items can be found in the November 3, 2025 Village Board Meeting Agenda (PDF) available online.

Village Board meetings are accessible to residents through live broadcasts on SkokieVision cable TV channels Comcast 17 and RCN 25, as well as via the Village’s YouTube channel.
