RKCRD currently has 14 Commissioners. In order to be compliant with Illinois State law, a quorum (minimum of 8 RKCRD Commissioners) must be physically present, for an entire meeting. As per the Village of Buffalo Grove Ordinances, as it applies to this Commission, RKCRD is required to meet no less than once a month.
