Louis Belpedio, professional ice hockey defenseman | Elite Prospects website
He attended Miami University in Ohio, where he played college hockey for four years. After college, Belpedio joined the Iowa Wild, the AHL affiliate of the Minnesota Wild, in March 2018. He signed an entry-level contract with the Minnesota Wild in April 2018. Belpedio made his NHL debut in April 2018, recording two assists and setting a record for the Wild. He played for the Wild for four seasons.
In July 2021, Belpedio signed with the Montreal Canadiens. The following year, in July 2022, he joined the Philadelphia Flyers. Throughout his career, Belpedio has maintained connections to his hometown of Skokie, where his hockey journey began.
