Treasurer's Report:
a. 1st Quarter 2025 IPOPIF Statements and Correspondences.
b. Resolution to appoint an authorized agent regarding IPOPIF.
c. Signature Cards for BMO Harris.
Expenses: In pension packet.
Deaths: (2) Carie R. Erickson has submitted the application for Spousal Benefit Forms. She was married after Ofc. Erickson retired and she will start collecting at age 62.
A question remains as to whether she collects at age 62 the amount of pension benefits that accrued from his death until age 62 and the remainder of the 15 years. Or does she start collecting at age 62 for 15 years?
Officer Robert A. Mayer #143 passed away on February 10, 2025. His wife is deceased and no dependents.
Retirements: (4) Officer Marc C. Hornsby #326 retired on February 7, 2025. He has made application to receive a pension benefit.
Senior Patrolman Scott A. Williams #221 retired on April 1, 2025. He has made application to receive a pension benefit.
Sergeant Bernhard M. Bajak #272 retired on April 1, 2025. He has made application to receive a pension benefit.
Officer Carla L. Carter #332 retired on April 1, 2025. She has made application to receive a pension benefit.
Disabilities: (2) Attorney Thomas Radja will update the Board on the disability application status of Ofc. Garcia.
Resignations: (1) Officer Teddron R. Mapp #1537 resigned on March 6, 2025. He was sent the paperwork to request a refund of his contributions.

a. Election of a Retired Member for the Board of Trustees is taking place.
b. Debra Nawrocki's name has been sent over to Mayor Kaptain to be re-appointed as his Mayor Appointment.
c. James Roscher is not running for another term as the Active Member of the Board of Trustees. Christian Jensen was the only nominee for the position and was elected.
d. Attorney Thomas Radja sent a letter to Chris Jones regarding the Board's denial of his request to be considered as a TIER 1.
e. The Board will review the 4 new holidays that were granted by the City for supervisors in the Updated Pay plan. Do the retirees in 2025 get these 4 holidays?
f. QILDRO and Calculation Order regarding Adam Ross and Meghan Ross.
g. QILDRO and Calculation Order for David Cox and Melanie Cox.
h. FOIA request from public records, DBA: Withintelligence.
i. Annual Affidavits have been returned.
