As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and accountability in government, North Cook News has submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Illinois Office of the State Appellate Defender. We are seeking detailed records concerning contractual obligations fulfilled by this state agency and their vendors during January of the 2023 fiscal year.
Our request specifically asks for documentation that verifies the scope of work performed, deliverables completed, and any reports or evaluations related to these contracts.
