This agenda item is reserved for members of the public who desire to address the Public Body on a topic that is within purview and jurisdiction of the Public Body, but that is not listed in another location on the agenda. 5. PUBLIC HEARING
A. DOCKET NO. PCD-24-14: 3160 COMMERCIAL AVENUE (Public Hearing) - An application filed by Carneed Inc. as lessee of the property commonly known as 3160 Commercial Avenue, and which is owned by PGL Properties Investment Management LLC, for the purposes of: (A) Special Permit for Motor Vehicle Dealers (New & Used) With Open Sales Lots in the I-1 district (SIC No. 5510.02); (B) Parking Variation to reduce the requirement from 27 spaces to 24 spaces (11.11%); (C) Loading Space Variation to reduce the requirement from 1 to 0; and (D) Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
Carneed is requesting approval of a special permit to allow an auto sales business with an open sales lot within the parking lot on the Subject Property.
