a. Rezoning from R-1 Single Family District to R-2 Single Family District
b. Variation to permit the lot coverage to be 52% instead of the maximum 45%
2. 249 E. Palatine Road
a. Special Use to permit a non-conforming multi-family (duplex) dwelling for which legal documentation indication that the dwelling conforms to the Zoning Ordinance cannot be provided; and
b. Variation to permit a non-conforming multi-family (duplex) dwelling that has not been in continuous operation since January 1, 1987 ; and
c. Variation to permit lot coverage to be 80%, instead of the maximum permitted 45%.

a. Special Use to permit a restaurant, with a drive-thru
4. 660 N Hicks Road
a. Special Use to permit a daycare (Montessori School) at the subject property, and also allow for the addition of the outdoor play area, within the Renaissance (Sellergren) Planned Development.
