In the 2022-23 school year, 48.4% of the students in Niles Elementary School District 71 passed the ELA portion of the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR), according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

Of the 409 students in Niles Elementary School District 71 who took the ELA portion of the test, approximately 198 (48.4%) passed.

The percentage of Niles Elementary School District 71 students who met or exceeded expectations on the IAR increased by 9.8% compared to the previous school year.
