Village of Northbrook Plan Commission met September 17.

B. Minutes for Approval - August 13, 2024 

Review and approve August 13, 2024 joint Board of Trustees and Plan Commission meeting minutes.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT TIME 

This agenda item is reserved for members of the public who desire to address the Public Body on a topic that is within purview and jurisdiction of the Public Body, but that is not listed in another location on the agenda. If you would like to speak about a matter that is listed on the agenda, we ask that you wait until that agenda item is called, and we will give you an opportunity to speak then. 5. PUBLIC HEARING 

A. DOCKET NO PCD-24-08: 3300 DUNDEE ROAD - GLENKIRK (First Public Hearing). An application filed by Glenkirk as potential owner of the property commonly known as 3300 Dundee Road, and which is currently owned by G Bancroft Investments LLC, for the purposes of: (A) Special Permit for Individual and Family Social Services facility (SIC No. 8322.01), in excess of 2,500 square feet in O-2 District; (B) Variation to reduce the required parking from 115 spaces to 91 spaces (20.87%); (C) Variation to reduce the loading space requirement from 1 to 0; and (D) Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary. 

An application filed by Glenkirk to operate an individual and family social services facility, which will include on-site community day program services along with administrative offices on the Subject Property.
