Village of South Barrington Village President and Board of Trustees met Aug. 12

A. Discussion and Possible Action to Amend Sections of the Zoning Ordinance Regarding Authority to Initiate Petitions for a Planned Unit Development, a Map Amendment, a Special Use, and a Variation within the Village of South Barrington 

B. Discussion and Possible Action for a Map Amendment to rezone to Planned Unit Development District; a Special Use Pursuant to Section 6A-3 B to allow Office, Warehouse, Distribution, Product Processing, and Data Centers for the Property Commonly known as the Allstate Property 

C. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding a Preliminary Plan in a Planned Unit Development District, and a Variation to extend 6-month Period to Establish the Special Uses to 24 months for the Property Commonly Known as the Allstate Property for the Village of South Barrington 

D. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding a referral from the Plan Commission regarding a Proposed Amendment to a PUD 100 W. Higgins Rd. Suite F-50; addition of Major Change/Amendment to permit a "Body Art Boutique" (aka tattoo use). Applicant: Danielle Kerr proprietor of 'Goat Yoga Chicago' DBA 'Neon Soul' and 'Neon Soul Yoga'.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION 

To consider appointment, compensation, and employment pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1); Collective bargaining pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2); and/or pending or imminent litigation pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11).
