Village of Palatine Planning and Zoning Commission met Feb. 13.

1. Planning and Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting - Jan 9, 2024 7:00 PM

III. PUBLIC HEARING

1. 1122 E. Pratt Drive

a. Special Use to permit a screened porch addition to be set back 34 feet from the rear property line, instead of the minimum required 40 feet.

2. 1060 N. Park Avenue

a. Special Use to permit a fence in the front yard of the subject property.

3. 23 E. Northwest Highway

a. Special Use to permit a restaurant with liquor service.

4. 1740 N. Rand Road

a. Special Use to permit a dog grooming business as a unique use.

5. 430-436 E. Northwest Highway 

a. Special Use to allow 3 dwelling units, and 

b. Variation to allow 10 parking spaces, instead of the minimum required 16 parking spaces

6. 58 W. Illinois Avenue

a. Special use to permit a Martial Arts School; and

b. Variation to permit 40 parking spaces, instead of the minimum required 44 parking spaces.
