1. 411 E. Glencoe Avenue

To be continued to the November 14, 2023 PZC Meeting.

2. 1835 N. Laurel Drive

Special Use to permit a fence in the required front yard.

3. 170 S. Greeley Street

Special Use to permit an addition to be set back 4 feet from the side lot line, instead of the minimum required 5 feet; and Special Use to permit a deck in the floodplain.

4. 157 W. Northwest Highway

Special Use to permit a tobacco shop at the subject property.

5. 874-920 N Quentin Road

Final Planned Development to permit a 13-unit (5 duplexes and one 3 unit) development; and Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision to allow for a 6-lot; 13-unit ranch-style townhouse development.
