There were 1,866 white students enrolled in Wheeling Community Consolidated School District 21 in the 2021-22 school year, 3.2% less than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Wheeling Community Consolidated School District 21 welcomed 6,540 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 32.2% of the student body to be the second most represented ethnicity in the district.

Wheeling Community Consolidated School District 21 roughly covers schools within Cook County and has a main office in Wheeling.

Among the 12 schools in Wheeling Community Consolidated School District 21, Cooper Middle School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 365 students.
