Special Use to permit a fence in the side yard abutting a street, where the side lot line of said side yard abutting a street abuts the side lot line of the front yard of an adjacent lot.
3. 552 E. Northwest Highway
Special Use to permit a dental laboratory at the subject property.
4. 790 W. Northwest Highway
Special Use to permit a restaurant with a drive-thru; and Special Use to permit a restaurant to operate with a liquor license; and a Variation from the minimum required 45-degree angled parking space depth.
5. 1280 E. Dundee Road
Special Use to permit a restaurant to operate with a liquor license; and a Special Use to permit live entertainment at the subject property.
