IV. SERGEANT'S EXAM

COPS & FIRE was approved as the testing vendor for the Sergeant's test on Saturday, April 15, 2023.

2. Establish interview dates of May 03,04 2023 for the Sergeant’s promotional process - Motion Carried by Voice Vote
Commissioner Nallen motioned to move interview dates from May 3 and 4, 2023 to May 10 and 11, 2023. Motion carried and new dates were approved.

V. POLICE OFFICER EXAM
Commissioner Nallen motioned to approve the following items for the Police Officer test: vendor, opening date, closing date and physical ability test. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Nowak, all were in favor.
1. Approve use of the National Testing Network for the entry-level police officer’s written exam - National Testing Network was approved as a vendor for the Police Officer test.
2. Open National Testing Network for testing on February 01 2023, closing on May 30 2023 - Commissioner Nallen motioned to move the Police Officer start test date from February 1, 2023 to February 15, 2023. Motion carried and new date was approved.
3. Establish Saturday, June 10 2023 for the entry-level physical ability test to be held at the Palatine Police Department -June 10, 2023 was approved as the Physical Ability Test date.
4. Establish entry-level police officer interview dates of June 13,14,15 2023 at the Palatine Police Department - June 13-15, 2023 was approved as the Police Officer interview dates.
VI. CLOSED SESSION AS REQUIRED
No closed session requested.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
At 3:29 p.m. Commissioner Nallen made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Commissioner Nowak. Motion carried and meeting was adjourned.
