NLU’s M.S. in Human Resource Management and Development, M.S. in Organizational Leadership, and M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to have a positive impact on employee groups, workplace culture, and organizational development.
The HRMD program gives current and future HR practitioners the leadership and technical HR competencies to build organizations that maximize the effectiveness of Human Capital.
The MSOL program provides students with foundational knowledge and a deeper understanding of business practices to become effective leaders that inspire organizational change.
The M.S. in IOP combines content from psychology, organizational behavior, human resources and research methods to prepare students to solve complex workplace issues while maximizing workforce productivity and employee satisfaction.
