Judson Brings Home a 69-47 Victory Against Cardinal Stritch
The Judson Men's Basketball team competed in their fourth away game of the season against Cardinal Stritch. Throughout the first half, both teams fought for the lead but eventually, the Wolves took the lead and finished the first half up by six. Scoring several quick baskets within the first five minutes of the second half, the Eagles took the lead and were able to stay on the offensive for the rest of the game resulting in an Eagles win 69-47.
Continuing to lead the Eagles in scoring was Javaris Wiggins with 18 points. Wiggins was able to hit the key three-pointer in the match tying the game and allowing Judson to pull ahead. He also had 3 assists, 2 rebounds, and 1 steal. Jack Keller contributed 13 points to the Eagles score in addition to his 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Anterrious Rhyan and Charkaris London played well offensively scoring 11 points respectively. Rhyan was two rebounds short of a double-double finishing with 8. He also had 3 assists and 3 steals. London came off the bench to score his points while also contributing 2 rebounds and one steal. Thomas Donati scored 4 points for the Eagles but had 8 defensive rebounds, 3 blocks, 3 assists, and 1 steal.
Judson plays next on Saturday at the Lindner Fitness Center against Calumet.
