Did you know the average museum visitor spends less than 30 seconds looking at a work of art?

Learn the art of looking through a new exhibition of works selected from the Block Museum collection.

Looking 101, on view through Dec. 4 in the museum’s Katz Gallery, guides viewers through a four-step process of slowing down to better understand the process of meaning-making, including how our individual backgrounds and experiences affect how and what we see.
