CALL TO ORDER
President Roth called the workshop to order at 6:49 p.m.

Also present: Village Manager Sharon Caddigan, Assistant Village Manager Lisa Scheiner, and Executive Assistant Tina Johnson; Community Development Director Jeff Harris and Building Official Matt Dunne; Finance Director Josh Peacock and Assistant Finance Director Lori Frankenthor; Fire Chief Chris Clark, Deputy Fire Chief Mike Meyer and Battalion Chief Joe Markowski; Human Resources Coordinator Karen Gray; IT Director Joe Ritter; Police Chief Daryl Syre and Deputy Chiefs Josh Norum and Shawn Taylor; Public Works Director Matt Mann, Assistant Public Works Director Scott Nielsen and Lead Foreman Brian Spaid; ESC representatives Jim Norman, Lance Hoxie and Barbara Hornbacher.

The Village Board is meeting for a Workshop with staff for the following:
Goals and Objectives and Plans for 2023
Department Updates
ESC Representative Jim Norman reviewed information shared at the Board’s previous workshop and stated the plan for this workshop is to identify the Focus Goals and discuss, and then confirm the Focus Goals for the coming year.
A recess was taken from 7:54 p.m. to 8:18 p.m.
The Board and staff discussed various plans and ideas and came to consensus regarding the 2023 Focus Goals.

ADJOURN
Trustee Cecille moved to adjourn. Trustee Haque seconded the motion. A voice vote approved the adjournment. The Village Board adjourned the Workshop at 9:02 p.m.
