Veronica Roth is a #1 New York Times best-selling author of the Divergent series and the Carve the Mark duology. The Divergent series has been adapted into three major motion pictures starring Shailene Woodley, earning $765 million at the box office worldwide. Carve the Mark and its sequel, The Fates Divide, debuted at #1 on the New York Times bestseller list. Veronica’s short story collection, “The End and Other Beginnings,” a collection of novella-length stories set in the future, was published in fall 2019.
Roth will be interviewed by Barrington Cultural Commission member Diane Bergan. Bring your questions and settle in for a riveting discussion about literature and film.
