87 year-old black female

Location of death: 9150 S. Greenwood Ave., Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: probable bowel perforation, end stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, hypothyroidism

74 year-old black male

Location of death: 10935 S. Halsted St. - Symphony at Morgan Park, Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, metastatic lung cancer

78 year-old white male

Location of death: 9415 N. Parkside Drive, Des Plaines

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure

57 year-old black female

Location of death: 2236 Wright Ave., Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hypertension, diabetes mellitus, obesity

69 year-old white male

Location of death: 3845 Forest Ave., Brookfield

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hypertension, coronary artery disease

78 year-old white female

Location of death: 8636 Mayfield Ave., Burbank

Died from:

-Primary cause: COVID-19

-Secondary cause: diabetes mellitus, hypertension, obesity
