A. Police Data and Transparency Year-End Review
Police Chief Anna Lalley will be providing a 2021 overview including year-end crime statistics. Initiatives and Other Items
B. Cultural Arts Commission 2022 Grant Award Recommendations ($40,633)
Objective: Distribute grant funds to local organizations to support arts programming in the community.
C. Acceptance of Declaration of Subdivision Plat Amendment for Vece Ridge Subdivision (No cost)
Objective: Fulfill the City’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving businesses and residents.
D. Design Engineering Services Agreement with Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc. for the 2022 Central Area Resurfacing Project ($175,000)
Objective: Analyze, design and prepare construction documents for the resurfacing of various residential streets for the 2022 Neighborhood Street Resurfacing Program.
E. Design Engineering Services Agreement with Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick, Inc. for the 2022 Eastside Resurfacing Project ($221,860)
Objective: Analyze, design and prepare construction documents for the resurfacing of various residential streets for the 2022 Neighborhood Street Resurfacing Program.
F. Change Order No. 1 to Contract with InfoSend, Inc. for the Printing, Mailing and Emailing of Water Bills and Delinquency Notices (Approximately $7,000, based on usage)
Objective: Continue to reduce the time demand placed on customer service, ITS user support and central service staff and reduce postage expenditures through the use of outsourcing.
