67 year-old black male

Location of death: 10424 S. Wentworth Ave., Chicago

Died from:

-Primary cause: pneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hypertension; chronic substance abuse

97 year-old white female

Location of death: 3042 Fairview Ave., Chicago Heights

Died from:

-Primary cause: acute respiratory failure with hypoxia, PNEUMONIA, COVID-19
