Died from:

-Primary cause: acute hypoxic respiratory failure, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: cerebrovascular accident, congestive heart failure, aortic stenosis, coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia, hypertension

78 year-old male

Location of death: 4841 Enfield Ave., Skokie

Died from:

-Primary cause: COVID-19

-Secondary cause: hypertension, hyperlipidemia

79 year-old male

Location of death: 414 Chara Court, Bartlett

Died from:

-Primary cause: organic cardiovascular disease

-Secondary cause: COVID-19, diabetes mellitus, hypertensive cardiovascular disease, obesity

88 year-old black male

Location of death: 9401 S. Kostner Ave., Oak Lawn

Died from:

-Primary cause: bronchopneumonia, COVID-19

-Secondary cause: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, hypertension

86 year-old white female

Location of death: 4150 W. Gatling Blvd., Country Club Hills

Died from:
