A. DOCKET NO. PCD-21-18: SPECIAL PERMIT RENEWAL TEXT AMENDMENT (Public Hearing is closed). Consideration of a draft Resolution recommending approval of an application filed by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Northbrook to consider amending the following sections of the Northbrook Zoning Code (1988), as amended: (A) Amend Part VI Amendments and Special Approvals of Article XI of the Village’s Zoning Code; and (B) Such other amendments to the Northbrook Zoning Code, as may be required.
6. REVIEW OF NEW APPLICATIONS
A. DOCKET NO. PCD-21-16: 1535 LAKE COOK - SUNCLOUD HEALTH (First Public Hearing). An application filed by SunCloud Health, SC as lessee of the property commonly known as 1535 Lake Cook Road which is owned by FCPP Acquisitions, LLC, for the purposes of: (A) Zoning Code Text Amendment to allow 42 patient beds for a Specialty Medical Care Facility; (B) Amend and Restate Ordinance No. 2020-24 to allow the expansion of a previously approved Specialty Medical Care Facility (SIC No. 8059.01) from one to two buildings on the Subject Property; (C) Variation to reduce loading space requirement for the proposed facility from one (1) to zero (0); (D) Site Plan Approval; and (E) Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
