Enclave, a private flexible workspace and social club only weeks away from opening a new location, this one in Arlington Heights, has at least one company executive's seal of approval.

David Hansfield, executive vice president of global sales for the video subtitling company Dotsub, told North Cook News that an Enclave location is a place where business gets done.

"If they want to get work done, then this is the best place to do it," Hansfield said.

The new Enclave location at 291 N. Dunton in Arlington Heights, a block north of the Metra station, is expected to open on Jan. 12. This fourth addition to the Enclave network encompasses a 2,300-square-foot building that will house five conference rooms, a quiet room, shared lounge and work space. The private, flexible workspace and social club will have openings for 120 members.

Work spaces are $115 for individuals and $150 for couples, per month, with no long term contract. The monthly payment includes private, fingerprint-enabled access to office space and conference room, liquor lockers and 10% off all merchandise in the online shop.

Members of the new Arlington Heights location can expect all the services provided at Enclaves in Glen Ellyn, Downers Grove, and Oak Park.

"People come here just to see others and work in a different space," Hansfield said. "That way they feel more productive and more part of society than if they're just holed away in their house all day long by themselves."

Enclave offers modern co-working spaces where members can access large shared spaces and private conference rooms for a distraction-free work environment into which they can bring food and beverages from local businesses. Members also may store their wine in Enclave’s liquor lockers and relax in the onsite private lounge.

The first location, Enclave 535, is in downtown Glen Ellyn, a five-minute walk from the Metra Station and a short driving distance to and from Wheaton, Glendale Heights and Lombard. Enclave 535 is designed as a local escape with private conference rooms and work niches situated around a lounge seating area and a BYOB bar, where members can work and connect with others.

Enclave 5111 is in downtown Downers Grove, a block from the Metra Station and a short driving distance to and from Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale and Westmont. Work and leisure amenities at the Downers Grove Enclave include an open workspace and private rooms, in addition to a downstairs lounge with lounge seating and a BYOB bar.
