City Offers New Virtual Health and Wellness Platform

The City of Evanston, in collaboration with AgeOptions, has partnered with Uniper Care to offer a free virtual health and wellness platform for eligible Evanston residents to enjoy safely from their homes. 

The platform, Uniper, is available online or through a TV and its benefits include:

  • A variety of live and on-demand wellness classes, such as yoga, trivia, games and peer-led groups
  • The opportunity to socially connect with other users locally and from around the world
  • The ability to video chat with friends and family directly
To be eligible, users must be an Evanston resident age 60 or older (Evanston Benefit Card holders preferred), or a care partner.
