The last time this home sold was Feb. 6, 2001. It last sold for $3,250,000.

This property is one of four sales so far in Winnetka in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas Formolo has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.
