Variation to permit the total square footage of all accessory structure to be 1,082 square feet, instead of the maximum allowable 150 square feet, per Section 6.01 (a) (4) (b) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

2. 515 S. Echo Lane

Variation to permit lot coverage to be 62% instead of the maximum permitted 45% pursuant to Section 10.06 (g) (1) (b) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

3. 1611 N. Rand Road

Special Use to permit a packaged liquor store pursuant to Section 11.03 (d)(39) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
