On July 29, Brandon Michael Bott purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 678 Hidden Prairie Court, Palatine from Shilpa and Aravind Vakayil and Shilpa Pidugu for $333,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $7,252.23, 2.18% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 25, 2003. It last sold for $345,000.

So far in July 2021, 177 properties sold in Palatine.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 678 Hidden Prairie Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elizabeth Anne Murphy, 30, and Ann Teich.
