On July 30, Eileen A. Graziano and Julie-Ann Klein sold their four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 199 Wentworth Ave., Glencoe to Patrick Henry Ford (trustee) for $722,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $18,638.86, 2.58% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 12, 1999. It last sold for $101,000.

So far in July 2021, 18 properties sold in Glencoe.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Julie Ann Klein has been registered to vote since 2009 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 199 Wentworth Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alec M. Klein, 54, and Julie Ann Klein, 49.
