The five bedroom, two bathroom home at 858 Prairie Ave., Des Plaines was sold on July 7 by Joseph F. Schroeder III (trustee) and F. Schroeder Joseph III (trust) for $305,000. The buyer was Hiral Nieves.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $6,566.43, which is 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Jan. 18, 2013 for $261,000.

So far in July 2021, 23 properties sold in Des Plaines.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 858 Prairie Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jacquelynne M. Minneci, 33, Hiral D. Torres, 34, and Mario Nieves.
